The Big Apple
I am going to New York tomorrow, I am well excited.
I have been wanting to go since I was 15 years old and I have a list of things to do that takes up 4 pages - no joke.
I spoke to my friend who lives there and she warned me that is is the norm to tip 20%, which is not going to work for me at all.
I hate tipping, I have worked in many bar, restaurant, cafe establishments and whilst I appreciated the tip, I never expected it. So if anyone has a go at me, which I have heard they do, I will have no problem giving them a big ol piece of my mind.
NYC here I come, with a big empty suitcase and a shopping list of American candy and rip off designer hand bags.
